DBS has introduced our new online
help desk feature, which allows our client
to fill out a simple form ( a "ticket")
to request modifications or additions to
their current projects, initiate new projects,
or view projects submitted into the system.
This allows requests to be entered in a
database, which leads to better tracking
internally by our project managers and externally,
by our client contacts.
Once a ticket has been received by our
client project manager, we will contact
the client immediately for clarification
and follow-up. With this functionality,
our clients have one online source, 24/7,
to start a new project, request modifications,
or review existing projects.
